Our 4,000lb capacity electric pallet truck has been developed from the ground up to meet the unique demands of local delivery applications. The D40 is thus very compact in design yet it has the power to perform from warehouse to store, both inside or outdoors.

Specifications

  • Gradeability: 10% unloaded, 6% loaded
  • Travel speed is variable from 0 to 3.6 mph unloaded (0 to 3.5 mph loaded).
  • Double tap "creep speed" mode (with the handle up) for use in tight spaces.
  • Ergonomic handle houses travel, lift, and lower controls that are accessible without having to lift a hand from the handle. Handle also features a wrap-around guard, belly button reversing switch, thumb control, and horn.
  • Angle grips are designed to allow easy operation with either hand.
  • (2) 12V 85AH AGM batteries, 110V on-board battery charger, & battery charge indicator with hour meter.
  • 24V electric motor with ZAPI transistor controller
  • Key switch for authorized access.
  • Electromagnetic disc brake with anti-rollback & neutral braking.
  • Hydraulic system features a permanent magnet pump motor & lift cylinder with chrome plated rods.
  • Rolls smoothly on 9" x 3" polyurethane drive wheel and 3.25" x 4.5" front load wheels.
  • Optional load backrest with tool tray and load restraint belt available.
  • Warranty: 1 year on frame, transmission, batteries, & chargers. All other items are 6 months parts and 90 days labor.
